Wolfeboro, New Hampshire: Wolfeboro Carwash & Executive Detail, along with over 2,875 other car wash locations across the nations will provide FREE car washes to veterans and current military service personnel, under the Grace For Vets FREE Wash Program on Wednesday, November 11th from 9AM-2PM. Washes will be given rain or shine. The FREE washes are given to honor and recognize those that have and are serving in the armed forces. Last year a total of over 233,000 washes were donated!
Wolfeboro Carwash & Executive Detail owner, Andrew Swenson’s, father Greg served in the Army reserves, His uncle served in the Marines and as many of us have experienced, has grieved the loss of friends and/or family who have lost their lives in or as a result of service to their country. You will notice the American flag on their company shirts in honor of our military. “This day is not about the car wash operators who are providing the FREE washes, it’s about honoring and recognizing those that have and are serving and protecting our country, says Swenson. “It’s an exciting and emotional day for everyone. Wolfeboro Carwash & Executive Detail has been upgrading and expanding in the last several years since the Swenson’s have taken ownership. Last year a large investment was made in a new friction carwash machine and this year they are about to open their brand new auto and marine detail facility. You have most likely noted construction of the 2 bay Gambrel structure across from the carwash and adjacent to Dunkin Donuts on Pine St. Since the opening of the shop in 2008, continual training, attention to detail and customer service has allowed the detail shop to expand beyond their current location. The new shop was designed to fit the traditional New England look and has many energy efficient systems. Larger bays can easily accommodate the growing number of boats making their way into the shop as Executive detail has developed a reputation for fiberglass restoration along with auto paint correction, general detailing and numerous other services. They will also have a new retail space to showcase multiple lines of truck accessories now offered along with installation. Their passion for this business and relationship with their customers really shows.
